My first chocolate


My first try of chocolate-making in Taiwan and I reckon it turns out just fine. I used high premium white and milk chocolate and with the two molds in hand, I made several flavor. With what's in the pantry - there's strawberry jam, peanut butter, and raisins, I experimented on different flavors and use coloring (red and green) to come up with several looks. The strawberry jam-filled chocolate came the winner. The not so soft outside and when you bite it, the jam just explodes in your mouth....yum....
