What does the US think of our politicians

The US embassy in the Philippines has been profiling the known politicians in the Philippines and these are what they say.

Senator Manuel "Mar" Roxas II: well-placed for the 2010 race
Sen. Panfilo "Ping" Lacson: clearly want[ed] to be President
MMDA Chairman Bayani Fernando: Was similarly interested
House Minority Leader Francis Escudero: Was emerging as a dark horse
Sen. Manuel Villar: projecting a "nationalist posturing" that pitted him against certain US interests
Sen. Richard Gordon: Seen as a politician who got things done and was "not afraid to get his hands dirty."
Camarines Sur Representative Rolando Andaya Jr. : Was eyeing a Cabinet post after his term as congressman
Ilocos Norte Representative Imee Marcos: Most politically ambitious child
Susan Roces: Her "public appeal," while "strong," was "still more potential than real." (For me, Susan is not a politician, she is just a mere movie star riding on the political ranting)
Sen. Jose “Jinggoy” Estrada: A potential leader "regardless of the outcome of his father's ongoing trial" for plunder and his own case
San Juan Mayor Joseph Victor “JV” Ejercito: Appeared to be in line to inherit the political mantle of his father
